Digital Classroom Dynamics: Empowering Educators with Technology​

This course is designed for all the educators in pre-primary, primary and secondary education who want to move to the step where they will transform their traditional classrooms into digital classrooms. Learn how to move from printed material to online material, how to make AI their friend learn how to interact in a digital way with their students to catch their interest and engage them in the learning process.

COURSE VENUE:

Larnaca, Cyprus. School visits are included in the program, with transportation expenses covered by the course fees.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

• Equip educators in pre-primary, primary, and secondary education with the skills to transition from traditional to digital classrooms

• Provide insights into the benefits of replacing printed materials with online resources

• Foster a collaborative relationship between educators and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance teaching effectiveness

• Develop proficiency in digital communication methods to effectively engage students and ignite their interest in the learning process

• Strengthen educators' abilities to utilize digital tools to create dynamic and interactive learning environments

METHODS:

The course employs a blend of instructional methods to cater learning styles and preferences. Participants will engage in lectures, interactive workshops, collaborative activities, case studies, and firsthand experiences through visits to real classrooms.

• Course introduction and orientation

• Assessment of individual needs and expectations

DAY 2

• Exploring online resources and transitioning from printed to digital materials

• Harnessing the power of AI as a teaching assistant

DAY 3

• Case studies: Transforming traditional teaching methods with digital tools

• Practical workshops on digital interaction techniques to engage students

DAY 4

• Workshop: Integrating AI seamlessly into classroom activities

DAY 5

• Application of digital teaching strategies through hands-on case studies

• Graduation ceremony and recognition of participants' achievements
