Being a teacher is one of the most difficult professions that often leads to a burn out. So, it is of vital importance that teachers learn to take care of themselves, since this is the only way to be more productive.

COURSE OBJECTIVES​:​

• Clarify the value of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and mindfulness

• Understand basic cognitive processes and how they affect us in our daily lives so that we function more efficiently and healthily

• Apply basic self-awareness and mindfulness techniques

• To have their own action plan for their personal development

• To have their own action plan for their professional development

METHODS:

A variety of methods will be implemented in order to give both theoretical and practical support to the teachers. The participants will have the opportunity to participate in lectures, workshops, one-to-one lessons, team activities and music ensembles in order to achieve an integrated training.

• Yoga workshop
